The platform is available to consumers here:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/webgate.ec.europa.eu\/odr\/main\/index.cfm?event=main.home.show&amp;lng=SL\"><strong>https:\/\/webgate.ec.europa.eu\/odr\/main\/index.cfm?event=main.home.show&amp;lng=SL<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The above regulation follows from the Out-of-Court Consumer Dispute Resolution Act, Regulation (EU) No.\u00a0524\/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council on online dispute resolution for consumer disputes and amending Regulation (EC) No. 2016\/2004 and Directive 2009\/22\/EC.<\/p>\n<p>The Merchant and the Consumer (Buyer) as participants in e-commerce mutually recognize the validity of electronic messages in court.
