How to cancel a reservation?
Canceling a reservation is simple and can be done in just a few easy steps:
1. Visit the website free2rent.si

2. Click on the “Modify your booking” button located in the upper right corner of the reservation form.

3. Enter your email address and reservation number, which you received with your rental confirmation.

4. Confirm the cancellation of your reservation by clicking the “Confirm” button.
5. You will receive a confirmation email for the successful cancellation of your reservation.
(If the reservation was already paid, you will receive a refund within a few days using the same payment method (bank transfer or credit card). If you do not receive the refund within the expected time, please contact us.)

Frequently asked questions about reservation cancellation
Yes, you can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 48 hours before vehicle pickup. Late cancellations may incur additional fees. Details on reservation cancellation can be found at:

✔️ Currently, it is not possible to directly modify a reservation. If you want a different date or vehicle, you must cancel the existing reservation and create a new one.
✔️ If the reservation has already been paid, the refund will be processed within a few days using the same payment method as the original payment (bank transfer or credit card).
Check your “Junk” (spam) or “Promotions” folder in your email inbox. If you don’t receive the confirmation within 10 minutes, please contact us.
✔️ If you selected the pay-on-collection option when booking, you can cancel the reservation yourself via the online configurator.
✔️ If you paid with a credit card, cancellation via the online configurator is not possible. In this case, please email us at 📧 info@free2rent.si with your reservation number and details, and we will handle the cancellation and refund.
✔️ Cancellations are completely free up to 48 hours before pickup and do not incur any additional costs.
