He did try to sell us upgrade but when we said no said we would get the upgraded car anyway. May be genuine but I feel we got the car that was available and he was just trying to get some additional fee. Had to pay extra for roadside assistance, which is normally included. Also had to pay an out of hours pick up fee as after 10pm due to delayed flight. Thorough on checking car and contract clearly stated existing damage. Easy to return.
